We guarantee the lowest prices in the industry for mobile and manufactured homes.  We can do that because of our lower overhead than a traditional mobile home dealer and we pass that savings on to you.

You don’t pay us the full amount until you get your Certificate of Occupancy. Unlike other mobile home dealers who  want to be paid up front we work with you until you get the Certificate of Occupancy.

We do not make a profit on options.  If the full porch cost $12,000 from the mobile home manufacturer, then the cost to you is $12,000.  Unlike other mobile home dealers who charge $16,000 to $20,000 for the same porch.

We just don’t hand you a list of mobile home setup installers.  We can install the mobile home or modular home for you or work with you to have it installed by a licensed mobile home setup crew of your choice.

Who insures your home during transportation and during the setup process?  We insure our homes for our customers until their insurance takes over so that they are not left uninsured during the construction phase.  Most dealers do not insure the homes.
